Event Terms & Conditions
Age Restriction: All attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) throughout the entirety of the event.
Adult Responsibility: The accompanying adult takes full responsibility for the under 16 attendee(s) in their care and must ensure appropriate behavior and adherence to event rules and regulations.
Identification: Attendees may be required to provide proof of age upon entry to the festival. Failure to provide satisfactory identification may result in denial of entry.
Supervision: It is the responsibility of the accompanying adult to supervise the under 16 attendee(s) at all times during the event, including ensuring their safety, well-being, and appropriate conduct.
Admission Rights: The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to any unaccompanied attendee under the age of 16, or to request the accompanying adult to leave if there is a breach of event rules or if the safety and enjoyment of others are compromised.
Compliance: All attendees, regardless of age, are required to comply with the terms and conditions, rules, and regulations of the Odyssey Video Games Festival, as well as any directives given by event staff or security personnel.
Liability: The event organizers shall not be held liable for any incidents, accidents, injuries, or losses that occur as a result of failure to comply with these terms and conditions, including any negligence on the part of the accompanying adult.
Amendments: The event organizers reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Attendees are advised to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
By attending the Odyssey Video Games Festival, all attendees and accompanying adults agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
In the event that Odyssey Gaming Festival is unable to proceed as scheduled, the event will either be rescheduled for a later date or refunds will be issued to ticket holders.
All tickets purchased for Odyssey Gaming Festival are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Odyssey Gaming Festival E-Tickets are unique to each attendee and cannot be transferred or resold.
Event timings will be listed on the official Odyssey Gaming Festival website (WWW.ODYSSEYGAMINGFESTIVAL.COM). Last entry for each event is specified in the event programming. Attendees arriving after the specified last entry time will be denied entry, and no refunds will be provided for their tickets.
Each E-Ticket includes a unique barcode. Duplicate E-Tickets will be detected and refused at the entrance, and individuals holding such tickets will not be granted entry to the festival.
By purchasing tickets for the Odyssey Gaming Festival, attendees agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in denial of entry to the festival without refund.

By purchasing your ticket(s) for Odyssey Gaming Festival events, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions:
Ticket Delivery: Upon booking, you will receive a Booking Confirmation and an electronic ticket via email. Tickets will be sent to the email address registered with the ticket agent through which the booking was made.
Admission Rights: The organizers and venue operators reserve the right to refuse admission to ensure the security, safety, and comfort of all guests.
Valid Ticket Requirement: Entry to the event will only be granted with a valid ticket.
Non-Transferrable Tickets: All ticket types are non-transferrable. Tickets obtained from third-party sources may not be authentic and may not guarantee entry to the event.
Refund Policy: Except for LAN tickets, all ticket types are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued for the face value of the ticket only, excluding booking fees.
Ticket Presentation: A valid ticket with a readable barcode is required for entry. Defaced or unreadable barcodes may result in denial of entry. Once a barcode is scanned and exchanged for a wristband or entry stamp, it cannot be reused.
Discount Codes: Availability of discount codes is subject to change without prior notice.
Special Tickets: Carers tickets and free tickets for children under specific age thresholds are available. Refer to the event's FAQs on the relevant ticket site for details.
Barcode Security: Avoid sharing images of your barcode on social media to prevent unauthorized access. Only the first scanned ticket with a specific barcode will be granted entry.
Liability: The organizers and venue operators will not be liable for any losses, injuries, or damages sustained at the event, including damage, theft, or loss of property and vehicles.
Identification Requirement: Some tickets may require valid identification for entry, as indicated during the ticket purchasing process and on the ticket itself.
Wristband Policy: Wristbands that are removed, tampered with, lost, or missing will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced. Individuals without valid wristbands may be removed from the site or asked to purchase a new ticket.
Check-in Times: Customers arriving outside advertised check-in times may be required to wait before entry, especially during busy periods.
Priority Stage Access: Priority stage access from specific ticket types does not include access to evening entertainment.
Safeguarding Policy: Individuals who are convicted child sex offenders or subject to certain legal orders are not permitted to purchase tickets or attend our events as part of our safeguarding commitment.
